Sullivan County ServiceLink Resource Center FULL TIME OPTIONS COUNSELOR Help people navigate the complex social service and health care system.
Provide one-on-one options counseling and assistance with accessing programs.
Bachelor's degree required.
Ideal candidate will have experience in person-centered practice, health and human services programs, and working with Medicaid and Medicare.
Position is based in Claremont.
