Support and develop the systems which include purchase order processing, receiving and accounts payable systems. Define the scope of the work and drive specs and design on technical development projects and maintain world class systems operations.
Working closely with business customers to implement systems projects, including the development of plans, management of resources and deliverables in the Procure to Pay applications portfolio.
Act as functional project leader for a team of 2 people and responsible for supervising their day-to-day Oracle technical & functional tasks & activities, including:
Serving as functional lead for other business analysts and programming resources in the portfolio including setting priorities and coaching, reviewing work products and the reporting of team activities by:
Modeling and articulating complex Oracle technical security constructs to Oracle Project Team members and stakeholders;
Reviewing and validating that Oracle security work product meets architectural and business requirements; and
Tracking and reporting on progress of Oracle security functional mapping and development.
Provide strong leadership in functional direction of development work.
Monitor compliance with statements of policies and procedures to assure that proper documentation is maintained and that the required controls are implemented.
Oversee and supervise a team of 2 consultants/contractors assigned to projects or maintenance activities. Review of deliverables, adherence to SDLC and policies by third party resources.
Engage in mapping, configuration, design and testing of all Procure to Pay modules ensuring stable systems availability, performance, compliance and security.
Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or closely related discipline and 5 years of experience with Oracle ERP implementation or support.
OR
Master's (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or closely related and 3 years of experience with Oracle ERP implementation or support.
Experience must include:
3 years in a Project or Functional Lead role and
Functional hands-on experience with at least two implementations of Oracle EBS Procure to Pay (P2P) modules including iprocurement & isupplier.
