The Finance Rotational Program is a developmental role in which the employee will be exposed to multiple areas of our Finance Department including, General Accounting, Gross Profit, Audit, Treasury, and Finance Operations. While partaking in various roles throughout the finance department the Rotational Program new hire will be asked to contribute ideas, analysis, and feedback that may influence our processes.
The program is designed to accommodate four six month rotations. Rotations are chosen based upon company need, participant qualifications and interest. Upon completion of our two year rotational training program, the participant will be placed within a key area that best parallels their skills and desired career path.
Bachelor's Degree or Master''s Degree, 3.0 or better GPA
Major in Accounting
Proficiency in Excel
Strong organizational, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities
Ability to solve problems and analyze data
Eagerness to learn and accept challenges
Ability to think independently and creatively while working well with others
Ability to obtain permanent work authorization in the U.S.
