The Associate Analyst, Supply Chain Trade Relations is responsible for executing insightful analyses and KPI reporting of performance for various processes within C&S; and across external partners. The analyses are expected to highlight causal factors constraining performance as well as factors that impact trade funding.
Assist management to establish decision rules by formulating supply chain and trade program strategies that reduce overall costs and optimize customer service levels.
Ensure all CROSSROADS and Preferred Vendors are receiving accurate and timely data and services as defined by their contractual relationship with C&S.; Provide on-going support and training to the broker and vendor community in support of the Preferred and Crossroads Programs.
Analyze and report on various metrics relative to customer and vendor performance including but not limited to tracking and analyzing inventory days on hand, target inventory levels and lead time variability etc.
Support Supply Chain and Trade Relations initiatives as needed with data analysis, data storage in databases and reporting
Work with the subject matter experts and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for various applications. Assist in the research, design, and development of applicable key performance indicators (KPIs) for corporate management.
Assist in the organization, facilitation, and administration of the flow of communication, schedules, project requests, recommendation and milestones.
Maintain and validate business data and perform ad-hoc data analysis.
BS/BA degree (or equivalent).
1 year relevant experience.
Attention to detail; analytical aptitude.
Proficiency in MS-Excel. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Access and SQL.
