Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Environmental Services team with primary responsibilities in laundry services and secondary responsibilities in housekeeping.
As a member of Cedarcrest Environmental Services, you'll become part of a dynamic group of dedicated professionals who strive for the very best in providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
This position reports to the EVS Manager.
Key
Responsibilities:
Laundry Services:
Handle and process laundry for residents, ensuring timely and efficient laundering of linens, clothing, and other items.
Housekeeping:
Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitized environment for residents, including but not limited to cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with the Environmental Services team to uphold high cleanliness standards and contribute to a positive living environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in laundry services or housekeeping is preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and adapt to the unique needs of our residents Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Schedule:
This is a full-time position, including every other weekend and every other holiday rotation.
