We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team.
As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment - Identify and troubleshoot issues related to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems - Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and drywall repairs - Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors when necessary - Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies - Utilize ( System) to track work orders and document repairs - Assist with the installation of new equipment or fixtures - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication skills) - Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems - Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals - Leadership skills to supervise contractors and other maintenance staff -
