Duties include reception and light office work for approximately 23 hours per week.

The hours are Monday:
9-4pm, Tuesday 12:
30- 7:
30pm, Wednesday 12:
45-4:
45pm, and Thursdays 12:
15- 5:
45pm.
Pay is $17/hr.
We need someone with GREAT people skills- this is a customer service position first and foremost.
Basic technology skills are also required as we use online scheduling for our patients, as well as:
email and phone.
Applicants must be conscientious.
Duties for this position include:
Warmly greeting and checking in patients and escorting them to treatment rooms Applying your excellent customer service skills while:
answering the phone, taking payments, providing general information on acupuncture and our practice, and checking and responding to emails in a timely manner Using our software program to schedule patients while following our scheduling protocols Light cleaning of treatment rooms between patients & trash removal at end of shift Helping manage our furry friend, Ollie (a 2 year old cockapoo) by taking him for 'potty breaks' or short walks and using a simple command to direct him to his 'break area', as needed Assisting with ordering and stocking and other miscellaneous tasks such as taking photographs for social media, generating superbills/itemized receipts for patients, creating advertising or marketing materials, or decorating for holidays If you are interested in a fantastic work environment, with great people, and want to help contribute to a healing experience with your great attitude, warm and welcoming communication skills, please email a response to the following questions to email protected 1.
