We have 120 apartments at each complex.
Joslin Management is currently looking for an experienced employee to join our apartment maintenance team.
The position is full time, with business hours of Monday-Friday 8:
00 AM - 4:
30 PM.
Candidates must be available for some additional hours during the winter as needed for snow/ice removal and occasional after hour emergency calls year round.
Candidates must have experience with interior painting, simple carpentry, landscaping and ground maintenance and general maintenance of apartments.
It would be a plus to have experience with boilers and/or electrical work.
This position incorporates work inside, renovating apartments and maintenance calls to outside landscaping, lawn mowing, etc.
Applicant must be self motivated, trustworthy, responsible, friendly and have good communication skills.
Clean driving record required.
No criminal record.

Applicants with relevant experience may be offered a higher starting wage.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
