We are seeking personable Table Games Dealers to join our team.
As a Table Games Dealer, you will create an engaging and exciting gaming experience for our guests while efficiently and accurately conducting table games, such as blackjack, poker, roulette, and other casino games.
Experienced Candidates Preferred! If a candidate has no experience, we can train someone who we feel would be a good fit.
However, during training the pay is 7.
25 an hour with no tips until fully trained.
Ideal candidate with no experience with have high attention to detail, follow instructions and learn quickly.
Also must have excellent customer service skills!
Responsibilities:
Game Operation and Customer Interaction:
Conduct table games according to established rules and procedures, ensuring fairness and accuracy in dealing.
Interact with players in a friendly and engaging manner, providing excellent customer service and answering questions about game rules and procedures.
Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere at the table, creating an enjoyable experience for players.
Card and Chip Handling:
Shuffle and deal cards in a precise and consistent manner, adhering to proper dealing techniques.
Distribute chips to players and manage betting actions, accurately calculating and distributing payouts.
Monitor and handle chips and cash transactions in compliance with casino policies and procedures.
Game Security and Integrity:
Monitor player behavior and game activity to detect any potential cheating or suspicious activities, promptly reporting any concerns to casino management.
Table Maintenance and Equipment Care:
Ensure that the gaming table is properly set up and organized before each shift, including arranging cards, chips, and other game equipment.
Report any malfunctioning equipment or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
Professional Development:
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of various table games.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Understanding of various table games, including blackjack, poker, roulette, and others.
Excellent math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to quickly and accurately calculate payouts and manage bets.
Customer-focused attitude with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and composure under pressure.
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise card and chip handling.
Base pay is $7.
25 an hour but with TIPS you can make up to $25 an hour, or even MORE! Must be able to work late night shifts, holidays & weekends.
