The Technical Recruiter (Contract) will successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and prioritize to hit all customer service level agreements. The best candidates will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners. They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client/account management, organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
This is a contract position. Length of contract to be 3 months or greater.
Full life cycle recruiting of technical hires.
Thoroughly evaluate technical candidates to check personal qualifications against job requirements.
Develop relationships with hiring managers to establish recruitment profiles.
Provide an aggressive hiring plan and build confidence and credibility the hiring managers.
Source candidates using creative and varied techniques to ensure candidate inventory to support organizational needs.
Qualify candidates by conducting detailed interviews, skills assessments, and background checks.
Coordinate on-site interviews.
Negotiate compensation and benefits with potential incumbents.
Finalize offers to candidates and coordinates the on-boarding process
Utilize and maintain applicant tracking system (iCIMS)
Must have a bachelors degree.
3-5 years of technical recruiting experience required.
Strong track record of sourcing qualified candidates with limited agency involvement.
Must be able to articulate technical requirements from managers to the candidates.
Proven experience successfully filling technical positions.
Successful experience recruiting in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Strong "consultative skills" and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to work independently and be proactive.
Technical knowledge of applicant tracking systems is also a plus.
Candidates must be able to work now and in the future without requiring sponsorship.
This is a Contract position.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
